Are you using a dedicated program to access your email account (such as the Windows Mail app, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) or are you going via your web browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc) to get into your email provider's website? (If it's the latter, what comes afterthe '@' symbol in your email address?)

I am doing what I am told but somewhere allong the line in the settings I am not saving but to me I do save at the end of the page - mind you my name comes up on the Signature Bit - but as I say sent myself an email but no signature
