Acupuncture.
I had my first session this morning. I was surprised that the needles didn't hurt even when they were jiggled about a bit.
The lady said I might need another one or two sessions to feel the benefit.
So they're booked.
It's too soon yet to know if the first session has done me any good. I'll just have to wait and see.

It took a little time, but they definitely worked for me. GP said she knew about pain pathways, but hadn't a clue why acupuncture worked for some people but not others. No-one does it now so I may have to go privately.
