The Mods don't have direct contact with the technical experts but I've passed on your request to the Ed and the Spare Ed to see if they or the Gnomes can help you out.

I had the same issue logging in just now so it won't be a problem just affecting you.

When I logged in, the address was showing as https://theanswerbank.co.uk/ on the browser I use for this account (Opera) and not the normal www.theanswerbank.co.uk
