Lasting Power Of Attorney

Silly question, I shoud know the answer.

I have to produce the LPA tomorrow, the online verification will not do for some reason.

Do I just need to take the single sheet that states 'Notice of Registration of Lasting Power of Attorney and names the Donor and Attorney along with the case number and date; or do I take the whole bundle of signed forms that were originally sent off the be registered?

The notice of registration and case number along with ID should be sufficient.
