No, it was actually Kellogs Fruit and Fibre (the ad featured a very young Grant Mitchell - forgot his real name forthe moment ex of Eastenders in it)

Ross Kemp did indeed appear in the Fruit & Fibre ad, but the "very very tasty" jingle was for Bran Flakes - and did not feature him at all.
