no u dont. Turkey isnt a dangerous, exotical place. and they dont have special tropical diseases there.
I've just had 4 (only because they'd all expired) to go to Bodrum and that's not even in the (allegedly) riskier eastern regions. I would speak to the travel nurse at your surgery as it's better to be safe. They're painless and free (unlike trying to switch mortgage).
