Good evening, all!
I could only manage a ‘passable’ THREE out of seven in the main quiz this week:
https:/
I did no better in the junior quiz either, with just TWO out of five:
https:/
So everyone should beat me easily enough this week!
Your turn!

I wish that I could get away with leaving just one tin of choccies out. I put a few Haribo mini-bags out at a time but I discovered that, as well as the risk of some teens nicking the lot, things weren't helped by the adults accompanying little kids having there own collecting buckets as well. So, for example, four little kids at the end of my path should have cost me 8 mini-packs but, because there could be half a dozen adults with them (each taking two packs for their own buckets), it'd cost me 20 packs!
My expenditure totally £26 but I now know that I'll need to buy even more sweets next year!

I've just noticed that I've not acknowledged posts from 10CS and Campbellking! Sorry about that!
Well done indeed on coming joint top this week, 10CS!
Thanks for keeping me company on 3 & 2, Campbellking!
Tablo's solution to staying warm is simply to snuggle up under the bed covers with me or to demand that I cuddle her!
Have a good week!
Good News
My search for a new feline friend is over.
Gobbolino the Witches Cat came to live here this morning - just so happy to have a cat to slave for. He is black with one white toe and I am told he is a very good hunter. He was given that name by a 3 year old after the story books. I found him by posting Wanted cards in local shops, which was much easier than trawling websites, so his previous owner (sorry-slave)is not far away 😃
It's possibly easiest if you can a photo onto your PC or laptop (rather than on a mobile device) but the process should be much the same anyway.
Once you've done that, go to https:/
In the resulting page, copy either of the first two links in the list. Then come to an AB post and paste that link into it. (It's best to put the link on a separate line to anything else in your post).
