Walking back from lunch some eejit came up behind me on one of those illegal electric scooter things shouting abuse. I stayed where I was be barged past I pushed him into the frog, then threw his scooter over a hedge. He gave me some north obviously but I said that he was illegal, He agreed but offered "it's also illegal on the road but it's safer on the pavement"! I said he was a gutless piece of thrupney and walked on while he got his scooter out of the garden. He later rode past on the frog, I'm doing teaching now!

We don't know the circumstances around the mp. He may well claim it was perfectly ok because he was being threatened, it was self defence the bloke was doing something illegal. Just like you seem to be justifying assaulting someone for those same reasons

wha annoys me is these illegal cycles delivering fast foods etc. whci race around and the police don't even look twice and if they do then they are criticised for depriving a hard working person just trying to earn a living

these things will become legal.

on paper, all train companies say they won't carry e-scooters because of the risk. in practice whether they get carried or not is at the discretion of the train manager, who will often help you load them on the train. the train company staff also tolerate them being ridden along platforms......
