Use A Tens Machine?

My physio advised me to get a wireless TENS machine for my sore arthritic  back.  There are so many online, Can anyone please recommend a make?  TIA

Can you ask your physio to recommend one, lyn?  Otherwise speak to your GP, he may be able to refer you to the pain clinic, they lend out machines and show you how to use them properly as well as advise on which would be best for your situation.

Boots has a large selection, some specifically for the back.

I'd try to borrow one and see if it works for you. Someone lent me one once and it made absolutely no difference to the pain but it was very uncomfortable using it.

As BHG, I too have/had one of these and it made no difference at all. I have been seeing a Chiropractor for the last 10 years and it has done me a power of good. Doesn't suit evrybody but might be worth a try. Good luck. (I know how it feels !!)
