Nothing will change, the Public sector are not answerable to their shareholders so suffer no consequences.

They simply dont care.

Youre lucky doc,up here in Scotland(which used to be the ship building capital of the world),we are still waiting for two small ferries to be built.Started about six years ago,cost back then 2 million,now 6 million plus and we are still waiting for them,and we still have SNP supporting numpties on this site?

You'd think that when building a depot for bin wagons they'd put in a durdle that can take the weight of one wouldn't you!

YMB, they're sitting in a Caldonian vessel, in an undisclosed bilge.. Alec Salmond knows precisely which vessel and where.

That is only one example of how they waste money.  I don't know who makes the decisions but they should be sacked.
