They're copying the White Company ones.  I was given a WC Fir Tree one last year.  I don't really want it as I have loads of Christmas candles and I was wondering what would happen to the bits of plant that are inside it as the candle burns down.

I once without thinking put a bag of shopping on a candle which had been left burning in the kitchen (by mistake). The bag caught fire and then the window blinds caught fire too. It could have been really nasty so I never have them in the flat now. Very dangerous things, you've only got to be careless once.
