made redundant twice from same company in 4 weeks
1 Answers
I was made redundant offered xxxx amount of redundncy pay in writing.
I was then offered a lower paid job on part time basis with a contra ct to come shortly, none did.
Now four weeks later I have been made redundant from this lower paid post and been given a lower redundncy payment of xx amount.
Is this legally right, can I have any recourse to claim the full amount previously offered from my normal .old job?
