Which is correct , 'of who it might be said', or 'of whom it might be said.'?

I would use "whom" but then again my grammer's dead wrong ;-)

'of whom it might be said.'

Of whom it might be said

'Of' is a preposition, meaning that it should be followed by 'whom', rather than by 'who'.
