macros?

I have found a quote i particularly like and would like to make it a macro( is that correct) and put in at the bottom of all my personal e mail but have no idea how to achieve this without cut and paste every time, anybody able to help me please?

You could make it your signature and set up your email to automatically append a signature to every email. Look in Tools>Options>Mail Format in Outlook.

you mean a signature. Click f1 when in your email editor for help on creating a signature.
