When you dont fancy a large or heavy meal but at the same time you are a little hungry. I"ve just had plain boiled rice, boiled a few garden peas along with a freshly cooked finger of salmon shredded and all mixed together. Loads of black pepper. Yummy.

Poached eggs and avocado on toast 

A cheese and pickled beetroot sandwich on wholemeal bread.

Maltesers usually.

Bacon and egg.

A handful of mixed nuts.

Cheese omelette, or toast with sunflower or pumpkin seed butter.

It used to be macaroni cheese, but very recently I've turned to smoked salmon in between two slices of toast.  Very tasty.

Normally some form of risotto in the Instant Pot. Prob 30 mins from deciding to cook it to eating it.

My rice was the 2min one, peas only took 10min, salmon grilled 15mins. So a very quick meal. It also looks good colorful.

How many meals a day do people eat? Do you often rustle up stuff like this when you feel peckish between meals?

 

Nah usually instead of dinner if I'm not very hungry

Always Philly cheese on plain digestive biscuits with a little pickle on the side.
