The problem with asking us to draft a personal statement for your daughter is that
(a) we don't know the type of jobs that your daughter will be applying for ; and
(b) we don't know the skills or experience that your daughter has which can be linked to those jobs.

For example, if your daughter is applying for a customer service role and has previously volunteered in a charity shop, something like this might be appropriate:
"Although I am a new entrant to the employment market, I have experience in face-to-face customer relations as a volunteer on the sales desk of my local Oxfam shop. I feel confident in such a role and I look forward to gaining further experience in a similar position in paid employment".

However that's clearly not going to help much if your daughter isn't seeking a customer service position and/or has no volunteering experience.

You need to think about what it is that your daughter has to offer an employer and the way that can be expressed in a personal statement.  Nobody here will have all of the relevnt information to draft a statement for you.  (Sorry!)

From Gemini. https://gemini.google.com
“Highly motivated and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. With a strong work ethic and a passion for [relevant interest, e.g., customer service], I am excited to apply my skills and learn from experienced professionals. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional results.”
Here are a few tips to help your friend write a strong personal statement for her CV:
1. Keep it Concise and Engaging:
Aim for a short, impactful statement that captures her personality and potential.
Use strong action verbs and vivid language to make her statement memorable.
2. Highlight Relevant Skills and Interests:
Even without work experience, she can emphasize transferable skills like:
        Strong work ethic
        Time management skills
        Problem-solving abilities
        Communication skills
        Teamwork skills
Mention any hobbies or interests that align with the job she's applying for. For example, if she's interested in art and applying for a retail job, she could mention her creativity and attention to detail.
3. Focus on Her Passion and Drive:
Explain why she's interested in the job and what motivates her.
Highlight her eagerness to learn and grow.
Express her enthusiasm for taking on new challenges.
Additional Tips:
Tailor the Statement to the Job: Customize the statement for each job application to highlight the most relevant skills and experiences.
Proofread Carefully: Ensure there are no grammatical errors or typos.
Seek Feedback: Ask a friend, family member, or teacher to review the statement and provide feedback.

She's only 17. Is the above advice really relevant?

PE is an AI responder, not unlike chatgp. It's a great answer but as mentioned how can a 17 year old claim that.

The tips given  are still relevant to a 17yo. Transferable skills,as mentioned, would be key with little work experience.

I think it's important to write honestly and not to appear as though it's all been composed by a helpful adult or a bot. Psalm's final points are worth taking into account.
