For all those who might enjoy a wee tipple.

1 tsp instant coffee

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp chocolate syrup

1 - 14 oz tin of condensed milk

I cup of half and half milk (semi skimmed)

Blend just to mix in the blender and slowly add 1 cup of whisky ( I used Jameson)

Blend on pulse and add whisky slowly so not to curdle.

Will last a month or more in the fridge if you don’t drink it all right away.

Thanks!!! I will be giving this a go as I've got all the ingredients.

ooh, nice, thank you maggie 😃 x

That sounds like my cup of coffee, Maggie 😋 have a bottle of Rod Stewart's "Wolfie" on standby.

Oh, so a Scot favours Irish whiskey over the local whisky?

Hehe, one way of looking at it!

I was thinking more along the lines of whiskey needs stuff added to it but whisky doesn't  😁

I remember making this years and years ago, it tasted exactly like Baileys 😋🍸

Baileys does sound quicker, and everyone's selling it at £10 a litre at the moment, but of course it wouldn't have that vital woman's touch.

yeah thanks too Maggz

Morrisons is selling it for £8.50 a litre, one bottle per customer, spend of minimum £45 excluding the Bailey's.

I make a mean brandy Alexander, we prefer it to Bailey's

god another stalwart who cant sleep - trouble is I wake at 0800 absolutely drugged and zombified
