Really , really thick  (though I believe that Harry got the worst ever GCSE results at Eton) and Mum's favourite.  So probably clingy and affectionate as a tiny child - whereas Charles would be more withdrawn.  Her Maj. may also have wanted to compensate him for coming second in succession.  I have heard that there was a coolness between Philip and E.R. for a good few years and that Andrew was the result of their rapprochement, so she was partial.

Everything I've heard or read about him makes me wish that they'd remove the title of Duke of York. He's obviously the narcissist of narcisstists.
