Music Video From 80S / 90S

Might be a longshot but I remember when I was younger, on MTV or the likes there was a song / music video I really liked.  

Can't recall much but the band was in an open warehouse or garage potentially, playing in a street?  A set perhaps? Sure it was on a corner of a street, in the open garage or warehouse.  

I remember a brief chase scene on foot perhaps or an explosion of some sort so dont recall if it was a music video for a film or shot specifically for the music video?

 

any ideas what this could be?

James, what sort of year are you talking? "When you were younger" doesn't narrow it down considering we have no idea of your age!

Apologies, I did say in the title 80's / 90's which I know is a large time span but I'd say the video itself was mid-late 80s and early 90's?  A 41 now and would have been anywhere between 10-14 I think.  It was a very vague memory.

if you were 10 it would have been circa 1993; if you were 14 then 1997. So you saw it in the mid 90s. Could have been an old video of course when you saw it.

Any idea of the music genre?
