i have recently started going to the gym to turn myself into the the incredible hulk. i have been advised to eat eggs. but not the yellow bit. is this true. if it is. why?
does any one have any other tips for my diet.

For weight training and building up muscle mass, you want a diet high in protein. The egg white is almost pure protein... the yolk contains the other stuff.

cheers lazygun. anything else i should be eating.
If it was me, I would be looking to eat principally protein and vegatables.... I would be looking to reduce fats and carbohydrates.
So meat and vegatables, no bread, dairy products or desserts etc.

do you know of any websites that could help me sort out a suitable diet. not really up on food.

actually dairy products are high in protein and you can get low fat versions. remember you need to use all the protein you eat, any source of energy that goes unused will be stored as fat.
