These multiple attacks occur every day - it only seems worse because the Mods (who do an excellent job mopping them up) deserve a Christmas holiday like the rest of us. Yes, it's bloody annoying, but not the end of the world.  Get a life and stop whinging.

One solution might be to lengthen the Latest Posts list (as I've requested before, and reflects the facility on another Forum I use).

Ironically, as I write this the LP list is clogged with all those silly coloured blobs posts - worse than spam IMO.

It is annoying when there is a concerted effort to bombard with spam but Mods can ban a spammer only when they see it or are made aware of it.

If it happens and it appears a Mod hasn't spotted it, post it in the Ed's blog and if need be, post again in the same thread  to increase the chance of a passing Mod seeing it.
