The inclusion of 2 from Leopardstown can be understood as they are both Grade 1 races and there is a handicap from Leicester. The jackpot is the usual £50K.

Sorted. Must try to get out for an hour or so this afternoon now that the fog has lifted. Saw some blue sky out to the N. West so get scrubbed up and have a wander I think. ITV7 done and split into two bets after the usual acca on the 7. Done all bets at 365 today. The odds were better, so much that, the cumulative odds were almost double that of skybet. They even threw in a extra place for the first race. **** E/W Acca, win Trebles & Doubles. ###Win Trixie. Good Luck.

Also qualified for a fiver free bet when placing the 
Treble/Trixie and i've thrown it at Volenti @ 4s in the 5.00 Newc.

That is a welcome £50 payout. Everything staked since Boxing Day back and enough for a couple of pints. I had 2 rather nice bottles of Whisky off Santa and can now open one. Will it be the Macallan or a Glenmorangie. Nice shooting yourself too Ken.

Just an aside for the punters out there. Daryl Jacob has retired. He had his last ride today after announcing he was after winning a Gr1 at Leopardstown yesterday. Had a bad injury and deserves to retire in one piece and to enjoy he rest of his life. 20 years riding NH is enough for anyone.

Always liked his style of riding, particularly when he was on one of the Nicholls' horses.
