so true - has the Plod done anything recently on this front or do you think that they have their grubby fingers stuck in the pie...?

That wasnt an allusion to Alec Salmond by the way.

I had a look at the Telegraph and as interesting as to what the meaning of, "absolute" is to some, I cannot see a reference to Musk's being an, "absolute hero".

What Farage said was, "What matters with Elon isn’t just the money, it’s the kudos with the young people. He’s a bloody hero.” (emphasis added)

Are we reading the same newspaper?

The first paragraph:

"Elon Musk will help Reform win over younger voters because he is an "absolute hero figure" to them, Nigel Garage has said.

Clearly not 'Garage', there.

If you posted your link, it would help.

Col. Blimp and co are fairly jollying things along today.

When will the pack be brought to heel?

Ahh see it now. Farage thinks Musk is so considered by the possible young voters. Not Farage believes he is. But, but,  ... Starmer doesn't think so. He wants to let the 16yr old TikTokkers have the vote.  He thinks they will be his Starmtrooprers of the future. Who do you think is right? Given how often stammer Starmer is right I have a sneaky suspicion he may not be onto something   ... again.

ynnafymmi can you make your name er less Gaelic. I know I deserve to be poonied ( thanks to the condmened women at Salem 1694)  for getting things wrong ( = not agreeing with any or all mods). Oudhamer used to tease the divine Andy H as " the man Hughes" which ignited incadescent rage in that lovable mod.

and yes I must not refer to Presidnet Musk as it is untrue ( is it?) and very very disrespectful to a thoughtful and rich billionaire ( which I am not by the way)

heigh ho- such is life

lovable and widely respected mod - humble -  wise twice as bright as TTT and by golly TTT is NART a retard

@21.42.Thanks for your advice Peter. However make any aspersions against the hallowed SNP,and you get your answers removed.Miffy sighs.

This thread is not about the SNP so please stick to the topic.

But it was DTC who asked about Scotland,THECORBYLOON.I answered him/her the best i could.

Nothing would surprise me. I don't understand people like Musk any more than I understand young people or Farage.

I am getting old and quite frankly quite glad I won't have to be bothered about it for much longer.
