Have never seen any of House, the medical thing with what's his name in it. Having finished watching all seasons of The Resident we were looking for something a bit similar and decided to give House a go.

Its interesting and a bit entertaining, but also a bit boring as it does go on somewhat in each episode.

Anyone watched it, what did you think?

I always compared it to a detective series, like Morse or Frost, where several suspects are (wrongfully) arrested, before that one piece of evidence points to the actual culprit.

And so it is with House - just substitute suspects for possible ailments.

I've watched every series of House, some of them twice, and, imho, it is one of the best programmes this century.

Ken, you're absolutely right, that's a really good comparison. I love medical dramas and like to beat them to it to the diagnosis, a bit to easy in House I find...but then I am a doctor (I'm not but like to think I am 😁)

Don't know if Bodies is still on iplayer, Vagus. It's another medical dram, first aired in 2004 and penned by Jed Mercurio - he of LOD fame.
