My Android Phone Has Just Stopped Connection To The Internet!!

My pc which i´m using now, is working fine! but for some strange reason my phone isn´t !

any sound advice would be appreciated.

Have you inadvertantly disconnected it by mistake?

If you swipe down do you get "internet" "Bluetooth" "torch" etc enabling you connect/disconnect?

is your wifi visible under "connections" in settings?

try scanning again for wifi and reconnect.

If it's not connecting to WiFi will it connect to 4G/5G?

when i go to settings, i can see my wifi network, but it refuses to connect. I´ve tried to reconnect by deleting the password, and then re-entering the password, still nothing!

i keep getting denied access when i try to connect with my password again!

sounds like you are mis typing the PW. Click the little "eye" icon to see the password as you type it to verify it's correct.

Try rebooting the phone by restarting it?

Does the phone/Internet work via mobile data ?

Mine does this when there are no spare IP's and the devices MAC is not in my whitelist.  A reboot should have done it though.

Just a thought, although you have probably checked, is it in airplane mode?

You need to try to log on to another WiFi, the adapter may simply have packed up.

Will your phone connect to other wifi sources? ie When you are out and establishments have free wifi available?

Have you tried switching off power saving mode. This sometimes disables functions when it is protecting the battery. Try a read through this.

My hambone is finally working!!

what did i do ?  i deleted all the history from it, and bingo its now working!!
