Do I Order A Us Plug Or Send The Curlers I Got Back?

I accidently ordered US Plug  curler and it won't fit in any of my plugs. I'm struggling to get hold of the company to return them.

Looking at the picture it seems you had the choice of US or UK plug. Contact the company and ask them to exchange the item for one with the correct plug.

I have received the curler tongs I ordered but it came with a US plug. Can I exchange it for one with a UK three pin plug please.

All these answers ref converters! Why not simply cut off the US plug and fit a UK one in 5 mins?

Because it can be dangerous to plug a 120v appliance in to a UK plug socket

You need to ask ?

The US mains is between 110v and 120v at 60 Hz but UK mains is nominally 230v at 50 Hz, but due to tolerances can be 240v.  So connecting a US item to UK mains would be dangerous unless there is a switch on the item allowing it to use both.

It might be dual voltage - some are.
