i made a batch of pancake batter on monday evening, didnt use it all and it's been in a sealed container in the fridge since.  Is it ok tto use tonight do you think?

As long as the fridge is no higher than 5 degrees C, I think it would be fine....

Yeah just shake it up to mix again 

Numerous websites seem to quote "two to four days" as the maximum storage time for refrigerated pancake batter. e.g.

So you shouldn't have any problems.

I'd whisk it up and then use it.
