In-fighting - the downfall of the Conservative government in my opinion - continues - and Kemi Badenoch seems to be pretty ineffective ... so I really can't see a bright future for the Party - but perhaps that just me.

//if she was a strong, natural leader but she isn't.//There you have it Naomi, amongs  that and "other things " she isn't the right choice. The Conservative Party has been dismantling itself since it shafted Thatcher. Boris looked like turning it round and was hounded out of office, as much by the party officials as, by the legacy news channel. The public did...

“My Dad. (who was a real Tommy, not a fake masquerading as one) gave his life to rid us of Fascism,….”

Your dear Dad (and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his sacrifice) would be far more concerned about what has happened to this country in the last two or three decades than he ever would about the rise of a party which has policies with which many people agree.

‘Kemi, unfortunately, has bought into her own mythology. Her self-image far outstrips her actual abilities, a dangerous delusion that has led her to miscalculate time and again'.

'Her impenetrably dull questions read like a PPE final exam paper.

'Her route to the top is the source of her failings. Too much, too fast. Kemi is a Westminster Barbie, shaped by think tanks and policy wonks in SW1. She should get out more. Or get out of the way and let a street fighter take over. The Tories are sinking under her leaden leadership.’

All quoted from The Conservative Woman.    ...   and all correct. Compare her ineffectual input that is allowing Starmer and his democracy wrecking thieves to get away with murder, to the vitality, clarity and accuracy that Rupert Lowe brings to Parliament then ask yourselves again why would Reform want to get aboard the Conservative sinking vessel that is going down more assuredly that the Titanic.

As per there's radio silence from Canary when he's repeatedly, and with boring regularity, been wrong and found out.

I imagine his father would be embarrassed.
