Not about any number. Your claim was that there was no mention of a stockpile.

 

"May I begin by stating the obvious? We have to have new atomic power stations. We need them now. We have a stockpile of reactors that power atomic submarines."

If the reactors are powering the submarines, they cannot be used to provide power inland at the same time, can they?

If there are reserves, they would be needed to power the submarines in the event of any major repairs or upgrades to a reactor.

I doubt there are dozens of reactors gathering dust in a big warehouse somewhere.
