Sensitive teeth
2 Answers
I've been fortunate enough to avoid needing any kind of dental treatment in all my 30 years, but recently, my top row of teeth have become pretty sensitive on both sides (but under my teeth only). I'm using Sensodyne but it doesn't seem to be helping very much..... any ideas?
Thanks ;D

Apparently if you just brush using the paste it doesn't have contact with your teeth long enough to have a good effect. I suppose it depends on how sore your teeth are, but I've found doing this has helped a bit.
Hi jeanette,This is advice given to me by my dentist, for the same sort of problem you have, if you don't have one, buy a a good electric toothbrush, and when brushing, brush the tops of the teeth, and the gums, may hurt and bleed to start with, but persevere, it works, i've been trouble free since I started this.
