Are They Worth The Cost?
I'm getting older and have various aches and pains. I'd like a single bed, so I don't waken my poor husband with my tossing and turning to get comfy. Are these beds that lift up and down worth the expense?

My parents went to stay with friends who had one of these in their spare bedroom. The reason it was in their spare room was because although they had bought it for the main bedroom initially, they had found it uncomfortable, awkward to use and of no benefit to them and so relegated it.
My parents found it to be exactly the same and shelved their ideas about buying one; their review swung it for us and we decided to invest in a new mattress and a separate topper.
It's much better, less costly and less bulky, the electric beds are big and heavy, too.
Morning Lyn
Had a single electric bed for years and loved it but they are very heavy. Changed to an ordinary double ( couldn't afford an electric double !) and I do miss the advantage of being able to raise/lower the bed. I would say that if you don't mind the weight and the cost give it a whirl !!
Best of luck
