where would I put the shopping?🤣

I bet Derek Matthewson is weeping.  How long will it hold its value?

Hold its value or increase?

Hold its value.  Interest will decline over the years when Stirling Moss is no longer in living memory.

It will probably go into a museum. There's lots of stuff in museums that's "worth" £ gazillions but is of no use to anyone.

It will have to be kept in a climate controlled atmosphere, expensive business looking after that sort of car.

How do they keep the engine in fine fettle? Do they fire them up and run them reglarly?

It will probably end up in Jay Leno's collection of 181 cars and 160 motorcycles. The unusual thing is this is considered a "live collection", in as much as he is constantly buying and selling. He often drives the cars and rides the bikes whenever he can, he's considered a true and very knowledgeably enthusiast.

Bit like the Sunday Express, featured car a Rolls Royce £330,000 as is up to £400,000 with options. I'm pretty certain not many express readers can afford that, so why is it featured?

I once took issue with a motoring magazine over the fact that many of the featured cars were beyond the reach of most readers. I came to the conclusion that they got reviewed simply because the reviewers enjoy driving flash cars!

'Do they fire them up and run them reglarly?'

They do at Beaulieu
