I am not receiving certain emails??? Can anyone help.please.

Have you checked your junk/spam?

Have you blocked/filtered any domains to you shouldn't have such as @gmail.com?

I don't understand your post. You don't have to have GMail, that was just to show you what I meant by domain.

You would know if you have blocked or filtered a domain, you can do it with all email providers but it's not easy to do by accident.

Do the emails you are not getting have the same email address or domain (the bit after @)?

hi kloofneck, your problem isnt particularly clear.  Perhaps whoever they are from has stopped sending them to you?

To my knowledge i have not blocked the emails i am referring to.

British Gas is one.they say they have sent a code etc.but dont receive.there are a couple more as well,if they weren't important, would not bother.Barry sorry for not realising what you meant.These answers helping ,so might be able to sort it bt dont want to mess everything up.

Codes are normally sent by SMS. What was the code for?

Have you checked in junk / trash? If they are from people who don't email you regularly there is  a chance they could get filtered into there.

Barry.i know but he  said (O2 online chat)it had to be email, unusual.It was only to set up a monthly account.they have messed around with PAYG.as of last Friday.In the end.purchased online,the reason I went on chat was to ask about emails not coming in.
