I think I can.

The video suggests that it is perceived that anything the USA does cannot possibly be wrong.

A better explanation would be that not everything the USA (or any other nation) does should necessarily be assumed to be right (which is plain common sense).

Shame really. I thought I'd give the video a glance because it was not too long and it did not feature "Phil". Alas 3'33" of my life that I won't see again.
