Well Done Again Sk
19.000 illegal immigrants deported since the GE, 19k more than the cons moved on in 14 years.
Also 600 more arrested in the last few hours from nail bars, carwashes etc. No messing with SK. :0) Very well done indeed.

Then at least we are all on the same page, most of this thread has been bickering because no one knows what you are talking about.
This is very good news Mr NiceBloke.Sorry I am late joining your excellent thread. The reason being .I had to attend a very important meeting at the Brits Abroad Labour Club .It was a very very important meeting discussing the next ten years of Labour being in power and how we could keep on making things not only get better... But get better and better..Ok.🤣
6.47pm - IF you meant there have been 19,000 more deportations since the GE than there were during the period between 2010 and 2024, then you're wrong there as well.
Between 2010 and 2023 there were approx 140,000 enforced deportations. Therefore, if you are suggesting there are 19,000 more than the amount between 2010 and 2024, then that would put the number of deportations since the GE at about 159,000.
"Most returns are voluntary, with people who do not have permission to stay in Britain able to receive payments of up to £3,000 to help resettle abroad."
"Officials said they had carried out 5,074 enforced returns between July 5, 2024 and January 31, 2025 - an increase of nearly a quarter on the previous year."
Your figures and claims don't reflect the facts nor a proper picture, nicebloke

//So all the news channels are telling porkies then? even with videos of some getting on the planes being deported. Ok :0//
It's government propoganda- a publicity stunt. The clips show a hand ful of people being escorted onto planes surrounded by lots of people in hi vis jackets.
They are goung to places that we already had agreements with.
I'll believe the tide has turned when the boats stop coming and the hotels are emptied, and thousand are deported every day. The trouble is we don't know where most come from and even when we do there are plenty who'll fight for them to remain.
