Netflix Answer To The Traitors

Good morning - my body clock is still all over the place, as you can see. Most odd. Oh well lol. Another dark and grey day here. Really miserable. Keep saying to myself that it will brighten up later on but really don't think so today.
Have the usual pile of work and then housey things! Quite where all this housework comes from baffles me! Mind you, kitchens are one never-ending merry go round aren't they........ breakfast, lunch, dinner, tidy up,wash up,cook, eat, prep meal, unload shopping.....etc etc etc.... bit like Groundhog Day lol!
Anyone got anything interesting going on? x

It amazes me too about the amount of housework 2 people can create. Must admit that I shut the door on the kitchen after loading dishwasher once we have had dinner and cleaning it down is the first job after breakfast.
Seemed to have missed your post the last couple of days, did you have a good weekend for Mr Smow's birthday?
Morning ubasses. I like the idea of shutting kitchen door lol!
Yes the birthday meal out was amazing! Took him (and parents) to a Turkish restaurant. The whole place is decorated as though you are in a garden/jungle - the entire ceiling is greenery and plants hanging down, so are the walls. Lovely music, food was amazing, and a belly dancer appears every now and then jiggling her bits lol! FIL was in his element when she decided to do a little dance for him right in front of him!! LOL.
Morning Smow, sounds as if a good time was had by all.
I've had a very brave Robin in my garden this morning, There were 2 Wood Pigeons gazing at me through the patio doors so I ripped up some brown bread and threw it out. WPs immediately started feeding then a Robin dived down and took over and saw the WPs off. Brave boy;-)
Morning Smow, ubasses and all who follow. Grey day here. We have just had a delivery so dinner is sorted. A lady who comes to clean is due soon, she wasn't able to come last week as we were up and down to the hospital visiting Mr R.
Ubasses is your husband recovered, if I remember correctly he was on antibiotics?
Have a happy day everyone
My cleaning lady came yesterday and I wouldn't be without her. Flat is spotless as usual and she comments on how clean it is when she arrives. Considering I have a small dog that is amazing I think especially as he doesn't seem to lose his fur. Clever boy. I just don't seem to do anything to mess it up.
Ahh well done little Robin!
YoungSmow is most peed off - he sent MrSmow a birthday card and paid special delivery and 24tracked so that it would arrive on Friday. It didn't. Nor sat, or sun, or Mon. It arrived today! What on earth was the point in him paying 24 hr tracked!! Ive told him to claim a refund.
Good morning ...oops, make that afternoon. Grey and gosh, it felt cold when I got up. Not going out, so I will give the kitchen a good tidy. Last week, I tackled my box room... the equivalent of an attic in my flat. It looks much more orderly, but there's the usual 'bits' that need disposal. I also have to finalise my Sainsbury's delivery for tomorrow evening. Have a good day everyone.
A very enjoyable evening birthday event for the Smow family.
I ended having to pop down the local shops after I realised I had forgotten to get some natural yogurt for my mushroom strogonoff tonight.
Rosetta, thank you for asking, Mr U is out of pain and swellings have gone down, but still very up and down. He has lost 10lb in weight as not eating very much and keeps falling asleep.
