We have just been awarded one of these toward some nhs costs, what I don't really understand, it says 

Using the information you gave us in your HC1 claim form, we have worked out, that you, and your partner if named on this certificate, have to pay towards your health costs as below:

Optition £17.96 toward a private sight test

 

NHS dental treatment £53.88 per course of treatment.

 

I'm assuming if the treatment is £100 we have to pay the £53.88

Have I read it correctly.
