First thing to try is  load the page with a different browser.

Perhaps check what the browser console tells you ?

Otherwise, it means nothing to me. Apart from the fact that the claimed error is on the kit running the client software, not on the server side.

Thanks for replies.

TTT, I have failed to switch to Chrome as it requires MacOS version 11 and my machine uses version 10. I know there are other browsers but I don't think I want to pursue that line any further.

Old_Geezer, the page loads on the iPad so the fault must lie with the old Mac.

I think it's time to consider scrapping the Mac and switch to a Chromebook as I only use the computer for web browsing (email, banking, shopping etc.)
