To protect a multitude of Labour councillors is one of the reasons.

Because, it would seem, social cohesion and not upsetting large swathes of Labour voters is more important than the rape of young white girls.

Obviously they're trying to protect their Muslim vote but my question is why aren't those voters just as eager as the rest of us to have this investigated properly?  If they would change their vote because child molesters and their enablers are brought to justice, it doesn't say much for them.  Perhaps Labour is doing them a disservice.

i suspect a lot of muslims think noe msilms are infidels so they are not deserving of sympathy empathy rescue help, and probably think they should be grateful a superior muslim took an interest (raped)

I'm of the school of thought that all religion is insidious, but Islam seems to be turbo-charged with its insidiousness.

DD maybe they'll calm down a bit, they seem to be having their own "spanish inquisition" phase at the moment. The catholics calmed down eventually.

If my recollection from my RE lessons 40 odd years ago is correct, Islam was founded about 500 years after that Christianity cobblers, which would put Islam in the Middle Ages.
