Anyway after really spewing my guts in fairness and I did type a write of message.

Finish off the message and it disappeared. Now I did type in the email scenario so I would like to get this back from email and I don't know how. Thanks

Its possible its in your drafts.

Go to the left hand side of your email menu and look for the drafts folder.
