I managed to find a company in England that would supply cat food to addresses in N Ireland.  I bought two bags costing almost £80.

I've just had an email from Hermes saying they were delivered at 12:48.  It included a photograph of the package sitting outside the front door.

It's gone.  What to do now?

Turns out I haven't been robbed after all.  A neighbour noticed the parcel and took it in for safety.

All's well that ends well.
