Trump has signed an executive order, stating that only the Attorney General (his appointed lackey) and he (Trump) can interpret US law.

 

So if the Trump administration commits illegal acts, Trump can interpret that the actions of his administration are not illegal under his interpretation of the law.

 

Trump has now succeeded in a far quicker authoritarian power grab than was achieved by Hitler in the 1930s.

It's not silliness, Trump has already declared he wants to be a dictator, with his gigantic ego one country wouldn't be enough. It might be a case that he see's himself as another James Bond and the world is not enough.
