Labour Left Wingers To Rebel Over Foriegn Aid Cuts........
https:/
Why do lefties love to give public money to foriegners so much? I was impressed by the PM recognising the need to spend more on the military. Don't these liberal types realise that the primary function of government is the defence of the nation?

But times are a changing, Europe will now have to step up and pull their weight, the USA is likely never to return to previous support and funding no matter who is in power. The cost is too great and the American public are unlikley to wear it.
Thankfully this is one occasion where the current government’s large majority is a blessing.
It will take quite a few “rebels” to reverse the policy, especially as most of the opposition parties seem to support the idea (as it seems 65% of the electorte do as well).

The naivety of these people knows no bounds. Do they really believe that people with more than £10m in the bank are going to sit idly by and watch 2% of it sequestrated every year?
It is good to aid one's fellow human beings if one can, do as one would be done by, but one needs the spare resources to do so.
Some seem to fail to understand that such charity isn't reasonable when one has urgent and vital needs that need sorting, and so consequently what one can afford varies. Sometimes one can be generous, at others, with a heavy heart if felt necessary, one has to cut back on helping those in need until a later date.
