Thanks in advance

Anyway, congratulations, i would do it all separately, book the flights with BA or virgin or whoever then contact the hotel direct to arrange with them. Package holidays are more expensive cos the travel agent wants a cut, with the internet it's easy enough even websites like expedia are cheaper but not as cheap as diy. Eight grand is ridiculous unless you're going all in, first class and for a year or something. Good luck, have a great time and if you need anything else give us all another shout.
Hi Mr Moon, I've recently returned from Honeymoon on the Maldives and I certainly didn't pay anything like that. I'm sure it was below the 3000 all inclusive for 2 weeks. Ours was through Hays and Jarvis and they where fantastic, we where realy well looked after. We flew on Emirates airlines who were also very good.
Ive been a few times (once was my honeymoon) Normally costs about 3000 for two people , extra 600-800 if you fancy staying in a water bungalow.
One tip i would give you is to upgrade your flight if you possibly can its about 200 each but worth every penny on a flight to the Maldives. Bigger seat, better food, seperate checkin.
