my younger sis (14) wants a kind of loose perm put in. Do you think it will look ok? She has kind of thick hair and about shoulder length. I don't want my mum paying that money for it to be wasted! cheers :D r xx

Hi i had a loose perm done was really scared that id look like a poodle but it looked really nice and you can also still blow your hair straight so it isnt as drastic as it sounds just make sure that she explains to the hair dresser exactly what she wants

well i have a perm before i hated it, but thats not the point. It depends on her face stucture, have you ever seen some girls with short hair and it looks really good and some other girl with the same hair cut and it looks bad? some hair styles and cuts only look flattering on some people. ask the hairdresser if they think (with there personal not professional mind) it would fit her
