I'd hazard a guess that none of those words would be of much use to a foreigner.  Few of the indigenous would know what he was talking about.

jejeune - from a Frenchman/woman with a stammer......

I recall my children learning French at school.  Le tabac, cigarette, vin rouge and bière seem to feature a lot. Oh, an non femur.
