Fantastic, Gill!
Well done, indeed!
(You'e got to promise to post all of your scores from now on though!)
Well done, Arky!
I see that you're a perfect kid this week!
(As the weather's been so good lately, give yourself some extra time on your roller skates!)
Flaming 'eck, Ken!
Well done on those impressive scores this week!
Chris, I know you won't believe me, and I can hardly believe it myself, but, 5/7 and 5/5. I am now ze Mastermind from Barthelona. 😃
As for dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico. We once had a fantastic experience at Clearwater, on the Seascreamer, which is a dolphin tour. Take a look at this link. This is just how it was when we did it. The dolphins are virtually jumping in the boat. A fantastic sight and experience.
As for Newcastle winning their first trophy for 70 years, I remember their FA Cup win in 1955. It was against Manchester City who had players like Don Revie, Roy Paul, Joe Fagan, Bert Trautman. We had the privilege of watching it on TV, quite something then! Also, where I live now, there used to be a newsagents round the corner, that was owned by a member of that 1955 Newcastle team. His name was Tommy Walker. He was a really nice man, always very pleasant. Apart from all that though, Chris, everything's fine! ☺
Hi, 10CS!
Well done!
If I was to switch to my pedantic mode though, I'd point out that people from Barcelona don't actually pronounce the city's name as 'Barthelona'. They speak Catalan, rather than Spanish, and pronounce the name in the same way that we do.
The dolphin experience sounds wonderful!
Have a good week!
