Don't worry, I believe that there will be many more such decisions made by our out of touch legal, so called judges.

With the caveat that it's in The Express so needs confirmation, this is a *** disgrace.

The thing is Pakistan is a very good place to send an alcoholic. It'll certainlly help him get off the sherbet.

Another weird decision from a female judge.

Dry him out in gaol; then send him off to Pakistan with the instruction not to indulge ever again.

Not in the left wing press Douglas but plenty of others reporting it.

Until we leaf the EHCR nothing wioll change.  But we wont becasue this earns 2TK's mates loads of monwy - of the back of tax payers via legal aid.

to me it shows this government and the last one care more about foreign criminals rights then the indigenous safety, iwon't even mention the economy as that could have it's own thread, chicken nuggets, alcoholic, christian converts, unhealthy foreign prisons, bisexuals gays? has a cat, abusers children need him, anyone can more or less claim any of these.

The criminal was heard to mutter 'allahuh at bar'.

According to the link, the judge who originally aloowed him to stay is Leanne Turner.

It took a rather more sensible woman, Soraya Reeds, to overturn the decision. 

There could be no better place to battle an alcohol addiction than an Islamic country.  Where it's not readily available the temptation to imbibe wouldn't be overwhelming.
