Yes, but on some you have to book.

^^^ Not entirely true!

Some train operators allow you to take eBikes on trains but not all.  For example, my local operator (Greater Anglia) states:
"For fire safety reasons, e-scooters and e-bikes are not allowed on our trains".
https://www.greateranglia.co.uk/travel-information/your-journey/cycling

LNER's policy though is to allow eBikes but (as with all bikes on their services) you have to book a space in advance:
https://www.lumo.co.uk/help/customer-charter

Check the links here to find the policy of the relevant train operator for your journey:
https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/on-the-train/train-travel-with-bicycles/cycle-policies/

Oops! I see that I posted a Lumo link above, instead of one for LNER. The info is still correct though.

from the 31st March, all non-folding e-bikes will be banned on TfL services, including the overground and elizabeth line. apparently this has been brought about by food delivery workers taking their massive electric motorbikes on the trains.
