Thank you so much. JJ.

What am I going to do for the rest of the day?

Does anyone have a link to a crossword that I might enjoy doing, please?

You're welcome Tilly!

I suppose there is always the FT crossword!

Question Author

Thank you, JJ. I'll give it a go. 😀

You're most welcome, Tilly! I used to do it regularly but haven't bothered more recently.

Question Author

Got a copy. I am most grateful.

Do you do the TLS crossword?

1GL-TLS-Generic-2017-027-cropped-pdfresizer.com-5.pdf

Ignore what i've just put up ....... just search for TLS Crossword.

I thought that this puzzle was a walk in the park which makes a nice change

Question Author

Thank you, teacher1. I have found and printed that. It looks difficult.🤔

Not done too badly with the FT crossword, JJ. That kept me occupied for the rest of the day. Thanks again.

Yes, johnpiper. It was much easier than some.

Tilly2 ..... it can't be too difficult if I can manage it ! lol

Question Author

Perhaps you're more well-read than I, teacher. I'll have a go.😀

Could I ask for help in the top lefthand column: the two unclueds 1A (BOLTON?) and 1D.  And 16A Rabbit's discovered in delay at terminal ?A?TE?  and 3D Bits of fabric landed over pole ?I??. Many thanks in advance.

16A is hidden. 3D is LIT (landed) over pole (N) = LINT

2D On and on about entertaining baby food documentary (2,5)

ON PAPER? Why?

1D = Bury

16a = yatter (chatter/rabbit) - hidden in the clue

On paper = on + er(re, on reversed), surrounding pap (baby food)

Thanks, both.  Should have seen those!

Piffpoff: the definition of 2D 'documentary' is a bit of a stretch. I guess we take it to mean 'as a document', so'on paper'.

Thanks!
